How to make fear good for you
Fear, the emotion we want to overcome because we belive that fear is the thing in which keep our life struckle. In fact, the way to handle this emotion is simply; using it as a tool.
1. Ask yourself why we should affraid about it?
The fact that, if an issue is not concern a fatal aspect, it is ridiculous to let them consume you. Sometime, you just need to let the small fish go and focuse only for the big fish.
2. If you cannot do the first suggesttion, let the fear guide you
This is a way i handle my fear. To use fear as an inficator for a future situation. As the indicator, you need to forcast what happend next in order to have time for preparing all things that needs for that situation. Secondly, to use fear as a reason that if you fail in the situation, you should not suffer from it, why? since you are trying you are not the failer, the failer is the one who do.
To conclude, the way you handle fear is to use it with logic. And the fear will not make you troble anymore.
