7 ways to fix and treat your damaged hair from chemicals


Hair dying, curling your hair, stretching your hair, or swimming a lot, such these things can lead your hair to be rough, not smooth and flowing because of chemical substances. 

Today I have some suggestions to bring back your damaged hair to beautiful hair. 

1. Stop using normal shampoos for a while 
Shampoos are one of reasons that have a remaining chemical in your hair because shampoos are made from a chemical substances. So, turn to use something more natural or shampoos for kids. 

2. Putting moisturiser to your hair 
A damaged hair from chemicals will be rough and dry so it’s necessary to add moisturisers to your hair. You should use hair conditioners every time after shampooing. 

3. Use oil tap on the end of your hair 
Choose oil that you like and add it on your hair everyday before sleeping. It will help your hair and solve the hair breakage problem. 

4. Usually trim your hair
 There is a fussy problem like the hair breakage. Trim your hair a bit may help you a lot. 

5. Add more proteins to roots of your hair 
Proteins is the important thing to treat and make your hair stronger. 

6. Down the heat when you dry your hair 
Avoid to use the heat with your hair. No matter you use the hair dryer or hair straightener. A damaged hair isn’t proper to use the heat because it will make your hair dryer. If you need to dry your hair, use the lowest heat of the hair dryer and quickly dry your hair. 

7. Cut your hair 
If your hair is difficult to fix and treat to be a smooth and flowing again, cutting your hair may be the best way to fix it. It can also change your look to be a new one!
