3 Ways Avoiding Fighting






Human cannot live alone in this beautiful world, at least we have to connect with friends, couple, family or even a stranger so argument can happen everyday in daily life. Here are three ways avoiding fighting which you can adapt to use in every situation!
1. Don't use harmful words 

when your face get red because of anger, and you want to blame everything in this world that you can see at that moment, you have to swallow it back to your pharynx, and change it into polite words automatically. This may help the conversation flow and end with happy ending.
2. Volume down and put soft tone to your voice 

when your emotions reach the highest temperature, it is normally that your voice would change to be a stronger and louder tone than an ordinary situation. Then, it would lead your relationship end; therefore, when you realize you will be sad if the relationship end, just volume down and put soft tone to your voice. It may help you and your litigant be more calm down.
3. Listen more 

After you speak with polite words and soften the tone of your voice, then listen to the other's reasons or some elements that you might misunderstood at the beginning, and let them explain their points. After they finish their part, now this is your turn to explain your points. Don't forget to use the soft tone and polite words!
