Physical Health Effect Sleep deficiency can increase many risk of health problems including heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and stroke. Moreover, it also increases the risk of obesity. How does lack of sleep make you gain weight? If you lack of sleep, your metabolism will work worse or when you stay up late at night, you will be hungry; exactly, you will have some late meal for sure!

If you do not have enough sleep, you might have some problems about making decision, solving problems, controlling your emotion and behavior. Importantly, sleep deficiency can cause depression, suicide and risk-ranking behavior. Emotion People who lack of sleep will certainly have problems about emotion. They will not be ale to control their emotions which lead them to have troubles getting along with others. For example, they might be more sensitive to feel angry, impulsive, sad or depressed. Furthermore, They might have mood swings and lack of motivation.
As above factors, you will see that how less sleep effects on you life, so you should sleep as proper as you can in order to taking care of your health since sleep is one of the basic factors for humans' live, and you have an only one body! For suggestion, you should decorate your bedroom to be more comfort so that you can have a good sleep at least eight hours a day.
