When you have an opportunity to live or study in abroad, you will have foreign friends automatically because you may need to be helped in terms of living and studying by foreigners.

Making a good first impression by speaking to foreigners can make them feel secure and relax. Also, foreign friends will feel how friendly you are. Communicating can reflect the different culture and idea of you and foreign friends.
Nowsday communicate technology tool has been developed and widespread across the world, especially social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instargram. These social medias are popular approaches for many people around the world that use them for communicating with foreign friends. Also, this way seems to be appropriate to someone who rarely to meet foreign friends in daily life. For example, in a remote city, there is few or no foreigners living there, but people who live there can access into social media to communicate with foreign friends and exchange new culture. However, you should be careful for contacting foreign friends via social media because ones are sometimes dangerous for users.

4. Open mind to receive a new language and culture. You cannot deny this tip because if you want to have a new foreign friend, you have to learn his or her language and different culture. You have to adapt yourself to be appropriate as well as your foreign friend. Moreover, you may just think that learning new language and different culture can develop your language and social skill.
5. Be confident in yourself. Do you have to be confident in yourself in order to find a foreign friend? Of course, because if you want to have friends, you need to communicate by speaking, listening, reading, and writing. When you have high confident in these skill, you can easily communicate with them. Also, the most important thing to make you succeed in having foreign friends depends on you only.
