5 Tips! How to think positive



Now, let’s say it first. I’m not a person who think positive all the time, but I would like to do so. I had been thought negative over a year. It was such a long time for teenager who struggled and could not get over it. This is the reason why I want to tell you guy how I get over it. 

1. Your mind kill yourself. 
Please avoid when you start to think negative. You have to remind yourself that you are not going to be happy after that and why you waste your time with this !

2. Do whatever you feel happy
I would say that whatever you feel good and happy when you do, just do it anyway. Because this can help you stay focus on positive thinking when you do something you like. 

3. Time is too short
You don’t know when your clock will stop. I mean, time up. Happy time seems too short for you, but so as your bad time when you feel sad. Think about what you haven’t done so far and that will help!

4. Smile to everything happen in your life
It is easy, isn’t it? Your smile is worth more than anything or any word someone else say to you. It is the best spirit to yourself and easy to find. 

5. Stay strong and healthy
Your heart needs an energy as same as your body. It connect to each other. When your mind is down, it also affect to your body. Stay strong and healthy mean you love yourself more and more.

Hopefully, this would help anyone who still struggle with this and believe me, it is temporary. Everything is going to be okay.
