3 Ways to Be a sleep-hunter

    When people get work or go to school or whatever makes they feel sleepy in that situation, they do not know how to get rid this situation. They may eat something can make you wake up as drinking coffee, but that is a good choice for everybody. For me, I feel sleepy because of lack of sleep all the time, and I try to find some choice to reduce this action, so I get it! However, how to get rid of these action. 

    First choice is to try to drink water after waking up. That is, water, a motivation of function of metabolism works well, and remember that in all day, you have to try frequently drinking water when you feel thirsty. For me, it is not a good choice that you try to drink 8 cups of water if you cannot do. 

    Second choice is to listen music which is not the types make you are relaxing. It may be EDM or hip-hop or Rock because some type like these have a strong beat to get you wake up. 

    Another choice is to use website calculate your time for sleep in a short time. In human sleep circle, it is around 90 minutes. For me, sleep enough is the best way for you not only your body but also your mind, and if you follow these choices and it cannot help you, you can find any choice that makes your body move or go to toilet for splashing water on your face. These ways that I present can help me to wake up from being sleep in any situation not the bad-time.
